AD Heritage Barley Sherry Cask 2026 Release

70cl / 58.4% / Distillery Bottling - Greetings to the second batch of the sherry cask Heritage Barley release. It was distilled using unpeated Golden Promise barley and fully matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, creating rich and decadent expression. With brandy-soaked cherry and spearmint on the nose, this sumptuous drop comes through with dried ginger, fresh leather and cardamom on the palate into a bold finish. Bottled at natural cask strength, natural walnut colour and no chill filtration.
