1991 Old Cask 13091 Lost Time Series Speyside Whisky

70cl / 54.9% / Distillery Bottling - Precious few expressions of Allt-a-Bhainne are captured as single malts, owing to the fact that it is a cornerstone of many great blended whiskies. This single cask was selected for the Lost in Time series at a point in its maturation where the rarely glimpsed distillery character truly shines. At 32-years-old, It displays notes of gooseberry, fresh cream and flaky pastry, with notes of cured meat and dark chocolate, gained through extended ageing, underpinned by green orchard fruit.
