About PRC Direct
Screens and appliances
TVs can be browsed by screen size, alongside home projectors and the accessories to finish a setup. In the kitchen there are range cookers, built-in ovens, hobs and dishwashers. For laundry there are tumble dryers, washer dryers and washing machines. Cold storage includes fridges, freezers and American fridge freezers. Stock is limited to brands shoppers recognise.
Advice and fitting
Staff give impartial guidance in plain language, which helps when comparing similar models. Engineers fit new appliances and handle repairs and servicing on existing ones. The business has been named Samsung Dealer of the Year, and it has traded for more than 45 years.
Delivery and returns
Most items ship free to UK mainland addresses, and many single items arrive within 5-7 working days on standard delivery. Next day, express, premium and Saturday delivery options are available, and click and collect is offered too. Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. A price promise matches competitors on identical products. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and finance are accepted, and students can verify through Student Beans.
