PONGBOT Sports
PONGBOT Sports is where Pongbot sells its robotic practice partners direct. The brand dates from 2019 and builds machines for both tennis and table tennis. Tennis players can choose the Pace S or Pace S Pro ball machines, while table tennis players get a separate line of robots. Drills are set up in a phone app, and UK delivery is free from a local warehouse.

About PONGBOT Sports
Machines and robots
Pongbot bills the Pace S Pro as AI-driven. Computer vision follows where you move on court, and the machine varies speed, spin and shot pattern to match. The Pace S is the other tennis option. Table tennis players can pick from the Halo S Pro, the Nova S Pro and two Omni models, the S Plus and S Pro. Aura is a lighter robot marketed for several sports. Add-ons range from a Court Essentials Kit to protective covers for the Pace units.
Training through the app
You set up sessions on your phone through Pongbot's app, and you can borrow routines that other users have shared. According to the brand, it is the Australian Open's ball machine partner and supplies Tennis Australia's National Tennis Academy.

PONGBOT Sports FAQs
Is shipping to the UK free?
Yes. UK orders ship at no charge from a nearby warehouse. Allow up to five business days for processing and a further three to seven for delivery.
Who pays for returns?
Pongbot pays return postage only for faulty or defective items. For anything else, sending it back to Shanghai is at your cost, and you need an RMA number first.
What warranty comes with a Pongbot machine?
Pongbot guarantees core components and general accessories for as long as 3 years. Once the 30-day return window closes, technical support and replacement parts remain available.
Will I pay import charges?
Possibly. Pongbot's terms make customs clearance, import duties and taxes the buyer's responsibility, so factor them into the total cost.
Which robots suit table tennis?
Four models: the Halo, the Nova and two versions of the Omni. Aura, a lighter machine, is marketed for more than one sport.
