Polar Recovery

Heat, cold and the kit in between

Saunas include infrared models, which run at lower temperatures than traditional designs. Ice baths provide cold water immersion. A separate chiller holds the water at a set temperature, so a session is ready when you are. Many buyers pair a sauna with an ice bath to alternate between heat and cold. Polar Recovery points to benefits such as easier muscle recovery and relaxation, but check with a doctor if you have a health condition.

Planning a big purchase

These are large items, so measure your space and access route before ordering. Delivery is available across the UK, with costs and timings calculated at checkout according to your location and the product's size. Polar Recovery doesn't ship outside the UK. The returns terms sit on the brand's website; read them before you buy, as bulky equipment is harder to send back.

Paying and support

Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted. There's no loyalty scheme at present. The customer service team handles product questions and after-sales support, which is worth using if you're unsure which chiller suits your bath.
