Delivery and returns A banner across the site advertises free delivery on all UK orders, although the written shipping policy says charges are worked out from parcel weight and destination. The help pages quote 3 to 5 business days of production followed by 2 to 3 working days for standard UK delivery, whereas the shipping policy gives 5 to 7 business days for standard and 2 to 3 for express. International parcels take 7 to 21 business days, with customs charges paid by the buyer. Because garments are personalised to order, change-of-mind and sizing returns are not accepted. Faults, print errors and damage in transit should be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund, and an order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
