PetSafe's UK site (petsafe.com/gb) charges £7.99 for delivery by UPS or DPD, or nothing once your basket passes £90. Parcels take two to three business days. They are sent from the Netherlands with duty settled upfront, so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival. You can send items back within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging, for a refund that includes VAT. Return postage is your cost.
Warranty cover
PetSafe belongs to Radio Systems Corporation, the company behind SportDOG and Invisible Fence too. UK buyers get longer cover than the US store gives. Toys, harnesses, feeders and fountains are protected for two years. Pet doors, remote trainers, anti-bark products and fences get three. Faulty items within warranty are replaced or refunded.
