Eco delivery is free and takes up to 7 working days, Standard costs £4.95 for 2 to 5 working days, and Express costs £14.99 for the next working day when ordered before 1pm. Addresses in the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland pay the standard rate plus £4 to £8, depending on postcode. Orders are processed within 1 working day of payment and are carried by Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. The Republic of Ireland and Europe cost £10.95 (5 to 10 working days) or £14.95 by express, and worldwide rates run between £15 and £25. Unwanted goods can go back within 14 days of receipt after emailing [email protected] for a return reference. The buyer pays for an insured, signed-for return, items need all their original packaging, and a restocking charge can apply to anything returned in worse condition. Goods damaged in transit are collected free of charge and replaced. Faults that appear after the first 14 days are handled by the manufacturer under the standard 1-year warranty, and refunds are processed within up to 10 working days of the return arriving.
