Alongside its website it runs 11 UK stores, including lighting superstores and concessions in Boundary Mill. About Pagazzi
Lighting first
Lighting is the core of the business. Ceiling options run from single pendants and flush fittings to chandeliers, spotlights and multi-light designs. Lamps come in floor, table and desk styles, including tripod, touch, glass and ceramic versions. Wall lights cover indoor, outdoor, crystal and bathroom use, and shades and bulbs are sold to finish the job.
Furniture and finishing touches
Occasional furniture includes console, coffee and side tables, nests of tables and storage. Mirrors, wall art, clocks and neon signs dress the walls, while vases, ornaments, candles and home fragrances complete a room. Pagazzi Design pieces form the shop's own exclusive line.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Most in-stock lighting and homeware leaves within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, on a DPD or DHL next-working-day service. Lighting and small homeware cost £6.99 to deliver, and lighting orders over £150 travel free. For mirrors and artwork, the charge ranges from £6.99 to £39 by size. Large furniture goes by specialist courier for £39 and can take up to 10 working days. To return something unwanted, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, boxed and in perfect condition, and a prepaid label is supplied. Sending back an unwanted lamp or small item costs £6.99, taken from the refund, while faulty goods come back free.

Can I collect a Pagazzi order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Click and collect runs from the head office in Thornliebank, Glasgow. Collection from the other stores is planned but not yet offered.
Is Saturday delivery possible?
Yes, for an extra £11.99. Orders to the Channel Islands and remote postcodes pay a flat £25 instead of the standard rates.
Does Pagazzi work with interior designers?
Yes. Its Trade Partner Programme is aimed at interior designers and businesses in design and construction.
Which payment methods can I use at Pagazzi?
