About PacSun

PacSun, short for Pacific Sunwear of California, is a youth fashion chain that Jack Hopkins and Tom Moore started as a surf shop in Seal Beach, California, in 1980. It is now headquartered in Anaheim, has been owned by private equity firm Golden Gate Capital since a 2016 restructuring, and ran 325 US stores across 46 states and Puerto Rico in 2025, according to Wikipedia. What PacSun sells Denim for men and women, from baggy, ultra-baggy and barrel jeans to bootcut, straight-leg and low-rise cuts, plus cargo and carpenter trousers Graphic and plain tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, corset and crop tops, dresses and two-piece sets Swimwear, sleepwear, activewear and a kids' range, with trainers, boots, hats, bags and jewellery A brand menu that includes Fear of God Essentials, adidas, Levi's, Vans, The North Face, Dr. Martens, PS Basics and PAC 1980 A Pre-Loved link sends shoppers to ThredUp to buy second-hand PacSun clothing. Delivery and returns UK shoppers check out in pounds through PacSun's international checkout, which calculates the delivery charge and transit time for each order. The help centre says most international orders leave the international hub within 2 business days, on top of the transit time quoted at checkout, and that the US domestic free-shipping terms do not apply abroad. For comparison, US standard delivery costs $8 and takes 7 business days or less. International orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but only through the online returns process, never in a PacSun store. Fear of God Essentials, PS Reserve and Alliance Entertainment items cannot be returned or exchanged. In most cases the buyer pays return shipping, exchanges are not offered on international orders, and refunds are converted at the exchange rate of the original payment. Ways to save at PacSun PacSun's help centre says that when an item bought online is marked down within 10 days of purchase, it refunds the difference on request, provided the style and colour match exactly. PS Reserve and Fear of God Essentials are excluded, and prices seen on social media channels do not count.
