Delivery, exchanges and refunds
Spend over £50 and delivery is free. Order by 9pm for next-day delivery when something is needed quickly. Exchanges have a long window. You get 365 days to swap an item for another size, colour or style. It must be unused and still in its original packaging. Refunds work to a shorter clock, within 30 days of receiving the order.
Paying and getting help
Online4Baby accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, and Klarna lets parents spread the cost of a pram or travel system. Customer service works by email or a contact form and aims to reply within two to four working days. Allow time for questions well before a due date. Orders go to UK addresses only.
