Nupo
Nupo is a Danish diet brand, founded in 1981, that sells meal replacements to UK customers online. Its main line is the Nupo Diet very low-calorie range of shakes, soups and bars. A second range, One Meal, swaps a single meal for a high-protein option. Both are designed to give complete nutrition with fewer calories.

About Nupo
Two ways to use it
Nupo Diet is a very low-calorie diet, or VLCD, built around shakes, soups and meal bars. Each product provides essential vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein despite the low calorie count. One Meal products suit people who want to replace just one meal, or keep their weight steady. Flavours include chocolate shakes and oatmeal. If you have a medical condition, speak to a GP before starting a very low-calorie diet.
