NEAFS FAQs
What are NEAFS nicotine pouches?
NEAFS nicotine pouches are small, tobacco-free pouches containing nicotine at various strengths. They are designed to be tucked between your lip and gum, releasing nicotine and flavour over approximately 30 minutes without smoke or lingering smells. They are a less harmful alternative to smoking for existing adult smokers.
How are NEAFS products different from traditional cigarettes?
Unlike traditional cigarettes that burn tobacco at around 900℃, NEAFS products use an electronic heat-control system to gently heat a sophisticated cellulose blend to about 350℃. This process prevents burning, producing no ash, tar, or smoke, only an aerosol. NEAFS sticks also do not contain tobacco leaves.
Do NEAFS products contain tobacco?
No, NEAFS products are entirely tobacco-free. Their nicotine pouches are made from pharmaceutical-grade nicotine and plant-based materials, while their heated sticks contain a premium cellulose blend instead of tobacco leaves. This makes them a distinct alternative to traditional tobacco products like Snus.
What is the NEAFS Club loyalty programme?
The NEAFS Club is a rewards programme where members earn points for various actions. You get 1 point for every £1 spent, 110 points for scanning QR codes on nicotine pouch lids, 200 points for referring a friend, 50 points for creating an account, 150 points on your birthday, and 50 points for completing feedback surveys. Points can be redeemed for discounts.
