About Nando's
How the menu works
Start with chicken: a whole, half or quarter bird, wings or tenders. It is fresh rather than frozen, marinated for 24 hours and cooked over flame. Then choose the basting. Lemon & Herb has no heat, and the scale climbs through Plain...ish and Medium to Hot and then Extra Hot. The sauce uses African Bird's Eye chillies grown in Southern Africa. Burgers, pittas and wraps swap the plate for a handheld meal, and sides include corn on the cob, chips, coleslaw and spicy rice. Pastel de Nata is the classic dessert.
Eating in, collecting or delivery
Eat-in customers get unlimited refills from the self-service drinks machine. For a pick-up, Order for Collect lets you order ahead and pick the food up. Delivery runs through the Nando's app and website, and through Deliveroo and Uber Eats at selected restaurants. Card payments cover Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless.
Rewards and extras
Nando's Rewards works through the app, where every visit earns chillies. These move you up reward levels and unlock free food, and members also get a birthday treat. Gift cards are available.
