About MyPura
What's in the range
Nappies and pull-up pants are sized by the baby's weight, and each size has a trial pack for testing the fit. Wipes come as standard baby wipes or flushable versions for babies and toddlers, with bulk cases too. There are flushable toilet wipes for adults, plus bundles, gift sets and gift cards for baby showers. Certifications listed include Allergy UK, the British Skin Foundation, EWG Verified and OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
Honest about plastic
Pura doesn't claim its nappies break down naturally. The plastic inside is part of how they work, so the brand runs NappiCycle, a scheme for recycling used nappies, as its answer.
Delivery, returns and subscriptions
DPD brings orders the next day if they're placed by 3:30pm on a weekday or midday at the weekend. Trial packs go by Yodel in three to five working days, and remote areas need two to four days. Unused goods can be sent back up to 40 days after purchase, though return postage may fall to the buyer. Faulty items are replaced after an email quoting the order number. A subscription delivers every two to eight weeks at a lower price and cancels in one click. NHS staff can claim a discount through NHS Staff Benefits.
