Muscle Nation is a Brisbane brand that makes both gym clothing and sports nutrition. Leggings, sports bras and oversized tees sit alongside whey protein, protein water and pre-workout. It went online in 2016, set up by Nathaniel Anthony and Chris Anastasi, and it still calls itself family-owned. UK orders are priced in pounds but travel from Australia, so allow time for delivery.

About Muscle Nation
Clothing and supplements
Training wear includes leggings, bike shorts, bralettes, tanks and sports bras graded by support level. Fabric lines include Invisible Scrunch, Unrivalled and Aura. Shorts come in running, midway and basketball cuts, joined by tees, hoodies, jumpers and trackpants. There is a maternity range and winter fleece as well. Some sports bras use the brand's recycled Everyday fabric.
On the nutrition side, look for greens gummies, amino acids, pre-workout, protein water and whey powder. Because it includes bovine collagen, the protein water isn't vegan or vegetarian. Shakers, thermal cups, bottles and gym bags complete the range.
Ordering from Britain
Weekday orders placed by 2pm Brisbane time usually leave the Tingalpa warehouse the same day, except at peak periods. When checked in October 2026, standard UK delivery cost £8 and took an estimated 7 to 14 business days. Express cost £14, estimated at 3 to 6. Baskets above £130 also got a slower free standard option. Ready-to-drink products ship only within Australia, and import charges may apply.
Returns
Returns start in an online portal. Items need to be on their way back within 15 days of delivery for a refund or swap. Store credit allows up to 60 days. Pieces must be unused, unwashed and still tagged. Opened supplements, socks and undergarments can't be returned. Return shipping from the UK is the buyer's cost, unless Checkout Plus cover was bought with the order. Refunds go to the original payment method.
