About Mother's Earth

Mother's Earth is a family-run Dutch brand of plastic-free household cleaning products. Lisette started it with her son Floris after learning how little plastic is actually recycled, and together they developed its first laundry product. The web store, mothersearth.com, is operated by Mamma's Earth BV (Dutch company number 90947363) in Hengelo and shows UK shoppers prices in pounds. What Mother's Earth sells Laundry detergent sheets, including a PVA-free version the brand calls Europe's first and a formula for wool and delicates Dishwasher sheets in scent-free and fresh lemon variants Toilet cleaning sheets and a multipurpose cleaner starter kit Laundry scent beads, plus value bundles that pair sheets with beads According to Mother's Earth, the sheets dissolve in warm or cold water, rely on plant-based enzymes and leave out phosphonates, optical brighteners, bleach, chlorine, colourants and formaldehyde. The brand describes the range as vegan and cruelty-free, packs orders in cardboard and says its ingredients meet the OECD 301B biodegradability test. With each purchase it donates laundry sheets to a partner charity picked at checkout, such as a women's shelter or an animal shelter. Delivery and returns All parcels leave the company's warehouse in the Netherlands with a Track&Trace number. The help centre estimates 4 to 6 days for UK delivery, while the shipping page gives an average of 5 to 9 business days, and there is no express service. Because orders come from the EU, the help centre notes that customs duties and import taxes on shipments outside the EU fall to the recipient on delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, in the original packaging. Shoppers email [email protected] first, send the parcel back with a tracked and insured service at their own cost, and receive a refund once it has been inspected. A wrong or damaged item should be reported with a photo or video within 30 days. Ways to save at Mother's Earth Customers can set up repeat subscription orders and manage them from their account, and the store runs a loyalty programme for returning buyers.
