About Morrow Soft Goods

Morrow Soft Goods is a Los Angeles bedding and bath company started in 2016 by Stephanie Cleary and Michelle Toney, whose backgrounds are in fashion and architecture. A PR Newswire release from October 2016 introduced it as a specialty textile business whose first collection centred on linen sheeting, blankets and pillows. Orders ship from Southern California. What Morrow Soft Goods sells Sheet sets, fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases and shams in Organic Percale, Organic Matte Sateen, hemp and cotton Duvet covers, quilts, coverlets and coordinated bedding sets Throw pillows, bolsters and lumbar cushions, blankets and rugs Bath towels and washcloths, bath mats, kitchen mats, a shower curtain, a doormat and scented candles Product pages describe the percale as woven from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, and the Cruz throw pillow as woven on a pit loom in India. The FAQ explains how to compost worn-out pieces: the sateen is sewn with cotton thread, while linen needs its polyester stitching cut away along with labels, zips and elastic. Fabric swatches are sold for comparing colours before buying a full set, and gift cards are available. Delivery and returns UK shoppers see prices in pounds and choose between two DHL services at checkout. Quotes for single items and small orders ranged from £22 to £35 with DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct, estimated at 7 to 9 days, and from £44 to £58 with DHL Express Worldwide, estimated at 3 days (checked October 2026). The FAQ allows up to 5 business days for packing before dispatch, and free shipping over $250 covers domestic US orders only. The returns position matters for UK buyers: Morrow does not accept returns on international orders. American customers can send back unused, unwashed and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date, with the return label cost deducted from the refund, and exchanges are not offered. Shipping insurance bought at checkout is non-refundable.
