Moonbird
Moonbird makes a palm-sized device that guides slow breathing by gently swelling and shrinking in the hand. Users breathe in as it expands and out as it contracts. It is aimed at people dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout or poor sleep, and every device is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

About Moonbird
How it works
Holding the device, the user follows its rhythm: it grows as a cue to inhale and shrinks as a cue to exhale. Feeling the pace rather than counting it makes slow breathing easier to keep up, especially when the mind is busy. Moonbird says this kind of breathing helps the body relax. A companion Moonbird app adds guidance for building a regular practice.
Moonbird and Moonbuddy
There are two devices. Moonbird is the original, and Moonbuddy is its companion product. Both work on the same expanding and contracting principle. The brand pitches them for stress, anxiety, burnout and sleep, and also for neurodiverse users who find a physical breathing cue easier to follow.
Trying one
The 30-day trial means a device can be returned for a full refund within a month if it doesn't help. Delivery covers the UK and international addresses, and the site lists prices in pounds, euros and dollars. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted.
Sustainability at Moonbird
