Mira Fertility
Mira Fertility sells an at-home hormone tracking system made up of a fertility tracker, test wands and a companion app. It borrows the fluorescent measuring method used in laboratories, so results arrive as hormone levels rather than a colour line to interpret. Women use it to pinpoint ovulation, make sense of irregular cycles or follow changes around menopause. Mira ships internationally and reports more than 250,000 users in 115 countries.

About Mira Fertility
How the system works
Each test uses a wand that the Mira tracker reads. Hormones in the sample are tagged with fluorescent markers, and the device measures the light they give off to work out a precise level. The app turns those readings into charts and shows results in real time, which makes patterns across a cycle easier to follow. The range centres on kits such as the Mira Fertility Plus Starter Kit, plus a choice of hormone wands. Everything is sold online from miracare.com.
Who it suits
The system is aimed at women trying to conceive who want measured hormone levels instead of a colour change to read. It also suits anyone with irregular or unpredictable cycles, or with ovulation they can't pin down. Others use it while moving into menopause, or to link symptoms such as low mood, bloating and fatigue with hormone shifts. Mira has been covered by more than 30 expert publications.

Mira Fertility FAQs
How does a Mira test measure hormones?
The tracker reads a test wand using fluorescent technology of the kind found in labs. Hormones are tagged with fluorescent markers and the light they emit is measured, giving a numerical result in the app.
Will Mira deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Mira ships internationally and says its system is used in 115 countries. Delivery costs and times vary by destination and are shown on its website.
What do I need to start testing with Mira?
The Mira Fertility Plus Starter Kit is the usual starting point. Testing then uses Mira's hormone wands, with results and charts shown in the Mira app.
Can I send a Mira product back?
Returns are handled under the policy on Mira's website. Products are generally expected to come back within a set period, unused and in their original packaging.
