Orders, tracking and returns
After ordering you receive an email confirmation, then a shipping email with a waybill number for tracking. Orders can be cancelled by email only before they are processed. Any return, exchange or claim has to be logged online no more than 14 days after the parcel arrives. It then goes to the warehouse with the waybill you are given. A return fee applies: £10 for non-bridal orders, with a separate charge for bridal. Refunds normally arrive within 14 days and at the latest within 30.
Payment and gifts
