How the design process works
Most projects start with the online Kitchen Style Finder, followed by a free design appointment with no obligation. A personal designer then produces a 3D plan and a quote, either virtually or in a showroom. Magnet has more than 200 showrooms, and you can walk in to browse the displays without booking.
Delivery, payment and returns
Delivery is free on every kitchen, with a typical lead time of four to eight weeks. Payment is taken by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or finance, including interest-free credit. Because kitchens are made to order, returns and cancellations depend on the purchase, so ask Magnet before you sign off the design. Trade customers can join the Magnet MORE scheme.
