Large items such as sofas and beds come with a two-person team for a single fee of £95. The team carries everything to the room you choose and sets it up. Smaller items travel with other couriers. Sofas typically take 8 to 12 weeks, so order well ahead of any deadline.
Changing your mind
Mattresses come with a 100-night trial. Most other items, made-to-order upholstery included, can be returned within 14 days. Collection then costs £95 for large items or £35 for medium ones. The original delivery fee isn't refunded, while faulty or damaged goods are repaired, replaced or refunded in full.
