Lighting-Direct
Lighting-Direct is an online lighting retailer that has sold to UK homes since 2000. It has been part of The Lyco Group, a B2B lighting specialist, since 2010. The site covers indoor and outdoor fittings, with thousands of lines held in stock. Homeowners, renovators and trade buyers such as electricians and interior designers are all catered for.
About Lighting-Direct
Inside and out
Indoors, the choice spans table and floor lamps, wall lights and ceiling fittings, from modern LED designs to chandeliers. Outside, there are decorative lanterns, garden spotlights and security lights. Rechargeable lights suit spots with no easy power, and rechargeable picture lights can light artwork without trailing wires. Brands include Khudi & Khora and Edit Lighting.
For trade buyers
Electricians, contractors and interior designers can open a trade account with special pricing. The LD Pro programme adds dedicated support for professional customers. The customer service team can also advise on choosing lighting for a particular space.
Delivery and returns
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, and qualifying orders ship free. Many stocked items can arrive next day on mainland UK. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days under the money-back guarantee. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Klarna, and the shop also ships abroad. Customer service is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
