Letterfest
Letterfest makes personalised gifts by hand in the UK. Its artists turn photos and details into illustrations, story books and engraved keepsakes, so each order is made for one particular person. It suits shoppers looking for a present with a story behind it, from anniversaries and weddings to keepsakes for children and Mother's Day.

About Letterfest
Gift types
Illustrations are a big part of the range. Letterfest's artists draw people, couples, pets, houses and wedding venues, often in watercolour, working from photographs. Personalised story books make a child the hero of the adventure, and there are versions celebrating mums too. Engraved terracotta plant pots and stone pebbles mark dates such as a silver wedding. Cards and stationery complete the list.
Ordering and delivery
Each gift can be posted straight to the recipient, which helps if you live far apart. Delivery times and costs are worked out at checkout, and handmade items are dispatched from the UK workshop. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Gift cards are available when you would rather let someone choose.
Returns on personalised items
Because almost everything is made to order with a name or image, Letterfest generally does not take returns. The exception is a faulty or incorrect item, so contact customer service promptly if something arrives wrong. Double-check spellings and dates before you submit an order.
