La Pochette is a London-based brand making bags and pouches that keep sweaty gym clothes, wet swimwear and toiletries apart from everything else in a handbag or suitcase. It was started by Justine Rouch, who, according to the brand's About page, spent more than 20 years in the sports and luxury fashion industries. The web shop is operated by MCWH Limited (UK company number 10361747). The shop also groups its range by activity, with edits for workout, spa and recovery, swim and sauna, yoga and Pilates, and travel. Delivery and returns UK parcels travel with DPD. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 days and costs £2.95, dropping to nothing on orders over £50. Express delivery costs £5.00 and arrives in 1 to 2 days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm, and express parcels must be signed for. EU orders take 5 to 8 days by DPD, at €6 on orders over €80 or €15 below that, with customs fees covered by the shop. Other countries take up to 7 working days, and the buyer pays any duties there. The delivery page says La Pochette does not currently ship to the United States. Unused items free from marks can go back within 14 days of receipt, packed with the completed delivery note. The customer covers return postage on change-of-mind returns, and personalised products are excluded. For a faulty item, La Pochette reimburses standard return postage and provides a replacement when stock allows, or a credit note.
