About L.A Brewery

Discover L.A Brewery: Crafting Unique Non-Alcoholic Drinks L.A Brewery, founded in 2015, is a pioneering UK brand dedicated to creating sophisticated non-alcoholic sparkling drinks. Operating under the parent company Better Tasting Drinks Co. Limited, L.A Brewery has established itself as a leader in the mindful drinking movement. Their philosophy centres on offering more interesting and complex alternatives for those occasions when you're not drinking alcohol, ensuring that flavour and experience are never compromised. The Art of Fermentation and Flavour At the heart of L.A Brewery's exquisite range is a meticulous 6-week kombucha fermentation process using fair-trade Sencha green tea. This lengthy maturation in tanks develops a well-balanced base, naturally rich in live cultures and boasting a unique depth of flavour and 'grip'. Following fermentation, this base is expertly blended with a curated selection of flowers, hops, and other botanicals. The result is a collection of deliciously tart, sparkling beverages that are low in sugar and bursting with complexity, offering layers of taste that evolve with every sip. Explore the L.A Brewery Collection Whether you're seeking a refined aperitif, a perfect pairing for food, a delightful mixer for cocktails, or a thoughtful gift, L.A Brewery has a drink to suit. Their range is available in convenient bottles and cans, alongside attractive bundle offers that allow you to explore their diverse flavour profiles, such as the popular White Rose, Ginger, and Blush varieties. Made with pride in England and inspired by the elegance of English sparkling wines, these drinks are designed to elevate any occasion, from everyday enjoyment to special celebrations.
