About Kids Pass
How the membership works
You pay for a membership, then browse member prices and redeem them through the Kids Pass app or website. Access is digital and opens straight after purchase. Parents, children and grandparents in the same home all sit under one plan, which matters when several adults take the children out. If it stops being useful, you can end it yourself by logging into your account. Kids Pass says there are no hidden fees for cancelling.
Where it can be used
The partner list leans towards family outings. Expect theme parks, zoos and aquariums, plus hands-on venues such as the Museum of Illusions. Soft play, farm parks and trampoline centres like AirHop and Oxygen Activeplay feature too. Cinema tickets and pub chains including Sizzling Pubs and Ember Inns are covered too, along with holiday parks such as Haven and Parkdean Resorts. Some attractions also hold days open only to members.
Good to know
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are taken at sign-up, and gift cards are not sold. Students can join through TOTUM, and forces personnel can go via Troopscout. NHS staff have their own annual membership route plus Blue Light Card access. The support team answers calls on 0161 244 8225 and emails, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Shopperazzi lists the current Kids Pass offers alongside these membership details.

Kids Pass FAQs
Can grandparents use the same Kids Pass membership?
Yes, if they live in the same household. One membership covers parents, children and grandparents in that home, so everyone can use the member prices.
How quickly can I start using Kids Pass after joining?
Straight away. It is a digital membership, so access opens in the Kids Pass app or on the website as soon as the purchase goes through.
How do I cancel a Kids Pass membership?
Log into your Kids Pass account and end the membership there. The company says you can cancel at any time and there are no hidden fees for doing so.
Which payment methods does Kids Pass accept?
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are the listed options. Kids Pass does not sell gift cards, so a membership cannot be bought for someone that way.
