Ordering to the UK
Free shipping to the UK kicks in above a set order value, the same level used for Canada and the mainland US. Allow one to two days for processing, plus one to three working days for embroidered pieces. Prices exclude customs charges and taxes, which the buyer pays on arrival. Refusing a parcel at customs because of those charges means the money is not returned.
Returns
There is a 45-day window from the day the order arrives. Request an RMA form from the support team before posting anything back. Return postage is paid by the customer, so it is worth checking sizes carefully. Kaiya Baby Garments Co., Limited runs the shop.
