Womenswear is the largest department, with dresses, coats, beachwear, knitwear, lingerie and jumpsuits from names such as Max Mara, Miu Miu and The Row. Bags come in tote, clutch, crossbody and shoulder shapes from Loewe, Khaite and Toteme. For shoes, look to Christian Louboutin, Gianvito Rossi, Rene Caovilla and Roger Vivier. There are menswear and kidswear sections, a home and lifestyle area, and its J.U.N. edit, short for Julian Urban Nature.

A three-generation business

It all started in Ravenna in 1959, when Giuliano Zabberoni, known as Julian, and Lia Randi moved a family haberdashery into high fashion. Their daughter Sabina Zabberoni now runs the company, and granddaughter Giulia Tondini took it online in 2014.

UK orders, step by step

A standard parcel to Britain costs £30, travels with DHL, FedEx or UPS and normally arrives within two to four working days. Import duties and taxes are worked out at checkout, so nothing extra should be due on the doorstep. Express is never free. Want to send something back? Log the request within 14 days of delivery, then pass the parcel to the courier no more than five days after approval. Items have to be as new, meaning not worn or washed. Labels, the box or bag it came in, the security seal and the authenticity tag must all still be in place. Opened underwear, swimwear and made-to-order pieces can't be returned. UK customers pay £30 for the return, and money, including duties, comes back within 10 working days of inspection. Size swaps aren't offered, so return and reorder instead.
