Getting your order
Click and collect is free and takes three to five working days. Standard delivery costs £4.50 over the same timeframe and becomes free over £150. Express arrives in one to two working days for £6, and next day costs £8 if you order by 5pm. With Try Before You Buy, chosen items are sent home to try on first, and a stylist can help if wanted. Jigsaw also ships to a number of countries outside the UK.
Sending things back and paying
Returns are free within 28 days of receipt. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, and refunds go through within 14 working days of reaching the warehouse. Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna and American Express. Gift cards are available, and NHS workers get a discount. The Collector loyalty programme rewards regular spending.
