About Jane Plan
How the plans work
Every plan is set to a daily calorie target, usually somewhere between 1,000 and 1,500 calories. You choose the plan type and length online. Menus include comfort food, international dishes and vegetarian meals. You can swap meals around and exclude ingredients you dislike, which helps if you are a fussy eater.

Jane Plan pairs the meals with coaching. Its nutritionists can be reached every day of the week to answer questions and keep you motivated. That suits busy people who would rather not weigh, count or shop for a diet. It is less suited to anyone who enjoys cooking from scratch.
