Inkfactory
Inkfactory is a family-run UK seller of compatible printer ink that has been trading since 1999. It supplies replacement cartridges that fit Epson, Canon, HP and Brother printers, sold singly or in multipacks. Home users and small offices that print a lot are the natural fit. Shopperazzi shows its current range next to other stores, so you can match your printer model before you buy.

About Inkfactory
Finding the right cartridge
Everything here is a compatible cartridge rather than a printer maker's own branded ink. You search by printer model, then pick a single colour or a multipack if you get through ink quickly. Each cartridge carries an up-to-date chip intended to keep it working after printer firmware and software updates.
Warranty and guarantees
Inkfactory states that its ink won't void your printer's warranty, which is often the first question people ask about non-original cartridges. All its inks come with a lifetime guarantee, and a satisfaction guarantee covers every product. If a cartridge gives trouble, the customer service team handles returns and problems directly. The firm employs local staff across its warehouse, customer service and marketing.
Delivery and ordering
UK orders over £15 ship free. Next-day delivery is available for a few pounds more, depending on parcel weight and availability. Inkfactory doesn't send orders abroad. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. The phone line (0333 344 6843) is open from 9:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays.
