Getting measured
There are two ways to get your measurements. You can book a showroom appointment, where a Style Guide takes you through a fitting. Walk-ins may be possible, but booking ahead is recommended. Or you can use the online measurement guide at home. Either way, you then pick details such as lapel style, buttons, lining, collar, cuffs and a monogram.
Timings and fit
Because every garment is made to order, delivery typically takes three to four weeks. Shipping costs and timings are confirmed at checkout. If a custom piece needs adjusting, Indochino provides an alterations credit, backed by a fit guarantee. Non-custom items can be returned within a set period if unworn and in original condition. Gift cards are sold, and orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
