IMAGE groups its products into named lines. Vital C covers its vitamin C serums, and Ageless its retinol products. Other lines include Iluma, Biome+, Ormedic, Image MD, Clear Cell and Vol.U.Lift, while Daily Prevention and Prevention+ handle sun protection. Beyond serums and moisturisers there are cleansers, scrubs and exfoliators, masques, and eye and lip care. Travel sizes, sets and build-your-own kits make it easier to try several products.

You can shop by concern, such as redness, blemishes, dark spots, dryness or fine lines. You can also browse by ingredient, including salicylic and glycolic acids, bakuchiol, niacinamide, vitamin C and retinol. IMAGE supplies skin clinics too, and a professional locator points you to salons near you that work with it.

Shipping and sending things back

Orders over £75 ship free; below that, delivery costs £3.95. DHL carries parcels for next-working-day delivery. Weekday orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day, and orders made at the weekend go out the following business day. Parcels go to UK addresses, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. Ireland and other countries aren't covered.

You have 14 days from delivery to send back full-size products that are still sealed and unused, for a full refund. You need a Return Management Authorisation number from the care team first, and you pay the return postage. Samples, trial kits, T-shirts and anything marked non-returnable are excluded. Report damage or a shipping mistake within 48 hours. Once your return arrives, expect the refund within 10 days.
