Delivery is free across the UK, and installation is included on many appliances. Hotpoint's own fleet will take your old appliance away for recycling at no charge. If something goes wrong later, a UK-based customer service team and more than 1,000 engineers provide support 364 days a year. Packaging is 100% recycled.
Warranty, returns and paying
Every appliance comes with a standard one-year warranty, and longer cover can be added. Selected models carry up to five years of free labour and ten years of parts cover. Unused appliances can go back within 30 days, while faulty ones are repaired or replaced under warranty. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Klarna, or spread the cost with finance.
