About Homespace Direct

Curtains and blinds to measure

Ready-made curtains come in styles such as blackout pencil pleat. Blinds and curtains can also be ordered to exact measurements, each set UK-made to the customer's sizes. Dispatch takes 10 to 14 working days for these made-to-order pieces. They cannot be returned just because of second thoughts, so ask for a free sample of the fabric and double-check the window first.

Delivery across the UK

Mainland orders over £50 ship free and usually arrive in two to four working days. Most in-stock goods go out within one or two working days, sent with a tracked and insured courier. Northern Ireland deliveries take three to five working days. Addresses in the Highlands and islands of Scotland take three to seven, plus a surcharge that appears at checkout. If two delivery attempts fail, a fee for redelivery may be charged.

Sending things back

Most lines have a 30-day return window from delivery, more generous than the 14-day legal minimum. Before posting anything, email [email protected] to get an authorisation number for the return. Items should be unused, with their tags and packaging. Buyers who simply change their mind pay the postage; the shop puts a small tracked parcel at roughly £4 to £9. If something arrives broken, faulty or not as ordered, send photos within 48 hours and it will be collected free. Towels, pillows and duvets that have been opened cannot come back, nor can lines marked non-returnable.

At checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay sit alongside cards. Phone queries go to 0161 491 3019.
