Big-name brands sit next to one-off pieces sourced by buyers around the world. Stock changes constantly because new deliveries keep arriving, so no two branches carry the same mix. If you spot something you like, buy it then, as staff cannot track down a specific item later.
Returns and paying
- Bring a full receipt within 28 days for a refund to the original payment method.
- Anything bought from 1 October to 15 January can be exchanged, or swapped for a gift card, up to 15 January the next year. A gift receipt or full receipt is needed.
- Stores accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Homesense gift cards.
Good to know
Homesense opened its first UK store in Poole in 2008 and is run from Watford as part of the TJX group. The Treasure Rewards programme lets shoppers collect keys with purchases to unlock surprises. No. Homesense sells in its shops only and does not take online orders, so you need to visit a store to buy.
Why does the stock vary between visits?
Homesense works on a treasure-hunt model. Fresh deliveries arrive frequently, so ranges change from week to week and differ from one store to the next.
What do I need to get a refund?
Return the item within 28 days with the full receipt. The money goes back to the payment method you originally used.
Which cards can I use in store?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, and Homesense gift cards can be used to pay as well.
