Delivery and returns in detail
Spend over £50 and standard delivery is free, with some exclusions. Expect a parcel within 7 to 10 days; Next Day and Chosen Day services cost extra. Add 3 days for Northern Ireland and some Highlands and Islands postcodes. Someone must sign for every parcel, and PO Boxes, BFPO, the Isle of Man and overseas addresses are not served.
You have 14 days to cancel, counted from the day after your order arrives. Customer service must approve a return before it is posted, and you pay return postage unless the item is faulty or a substitute. Refunds come within 14 days of Thane receiving the goods, but premium delivery fees are kept.

H2OForYou FAQs
Do I need to be in to sign for a delivery?
Yes. Every H2OForYou parcel needs a signature, and the carriers used include DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail and Yodel.
Can I spread the cost of a steam cleaner or exercise machine?
Shop Pay instalments are offered at checkout, so larger purchases can be paid in parts rather than all at once.
Who pays for return postage?
The buyer pays, except when an item arrives faulty or was sent as a substitute. Customer service has to authorise the return first.
Can I order from the Channel Islands?
Not directly. Buyers in the Channel Islands have to route their orders through a parcel-forwarding company.
What fitness equipment is available?
Pedal exercisers and Orbitrek cross trainers, the Ab Doer 360 Pro core trainer and the Pilates Power Gym reformer for home workouts.
