Grenade
Grenade makes protein bars designed to taste like a treat, and its own website sells the full line-up direct. Alongside the bars there are bottled shakes and a handful of other high-protein snacks. It suits gym-goers, busy commuters and anyone swapping a chocolate bar for something with more protein in it. Shopperazzi brings the Grenade range and its delivery terms together in one place.

About Grenade
Bars, shakes and snacks
The bars are the core of the range, with flavours built around familiar sweet treats such as Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel. Limited runs appear too, like a seasonal Creme Egg flavoured Soft Core bar. Ready-to-drink shakes cover protein on the move, and there are smaller snacks for when a full bar is too much. Multi-packs and bundles are sold for people who get through several a week.
Who it suits
Grenade is aimed at people who train regularly and want something quick after a session. Plenty of buyers simply want a sweeter snack with extra protein, and taste is the brand's main selling point. If you track macros closely, check the nutrition panel on each product page before adding it to your basket.
Ordering from Grenade
Delivery is free once your basket passes £40. Orders tend to go out quickly, and some buyers report a courier arriving within 24 hours, though that is not guaranteed. The site takes PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Mastercard and American Express cards. Regular customers collect loyalty points on each order. Grenade ships within the UK only, there is no click and collect, and gift cards are not sold. Returns follow a standard online policy, so read the details on the Grenade site before you send anything back.
