Greenera files its stock under three headings. Grow is for planting: raised beds in tiered wood, planter boxes, small greenhouses with PVC covers and metal stakes to hold plants up. Care holds the upkeep tools, such as seed spreaders, rakes for levelling a lawn, edging, fencing and pegged weed membrane. Enjoy is about time outside, with parasols, folding deck chairs, zero gravity recliners, roll-top camping tables and outdoor drying.
Watering gets its own kit: compact hose reels you wind by hand, each with a multi-pattern spray gun, and hose carts on wheels.
Getting it delivered, sending it back
- Delivery is free on every UK order, whatever the basket size.
- Small, light items placed by 3pm on weekdays arrive the next business day.
- Heavier pieces, for example parasols, recliners, trestle tables and big planters, need 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders combining both types may be split across deliveries.
- Change of mind: email the shop within 30 days of delivery, then send the goods back inside 14 days and pay the postage yourself.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods: Greenera organises the return and pays a reasonable postage cost.
- Money goes back to the card or account used to pay, inside 14 calendar days.
