Styles and fabrics
Chairs carry names such as Wedge Gamer, Retro Classic, Tear Drop and Deck Chair, and there is a separate lounger line. The indoor/outdoor teardrop and wedge shapes come in over a dozen colours. Fabrics include velvet, corduroy, faux leather, cotton and an outdoor cloth, and free samples help with matching a room. Beyond home seating, the factory produces bean bags for students, schools, SEN and care settings and medical use. It also makes branded designs for events and festivals, Pampered Pooch beds for dogs, and refill. Delivery beyond the mainland
Mainland addresses get free DPD Local delivery on the next working day, inside a 7am to 7pm window. Weekday orders in before the cut-off, usually 10am, leave the factory that day; weekend orders are sent on the next working day. Elsewhere, charges start at £15 for Northern Ireland, £18 for the Channel Islands and £25 for the Isle of Wight. The Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands start at £20. Most of these take two working days, though the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands can take three. Orders for Europe or further afield are priced on request.
Returns and help
An unwanted bean bag has 50 days from delivery to go back. It must be brand new and unused, with labels and tags in place. Personalised or bespoke orders cannot be returned. The buyer books and pays for the return, and money paid for premium delivery is not refunded. No. Bespoke and personalised items are excluded. Standard stock has a 50-day return window from delivery if it is new, unused and still tagged. The buyer pays the postage.
