EU orders pay a flat £20, or nothing over £130, and arrive 3 to 5 working days after despatch. US orders are capped at £600, and buyers outside the UK and EU pay any customs duties and taxes. Faulty goods sit outside the 30-day limit and are handled through an appeal. EU buyers cover their own return postage unless an item is faulty or was sent in error.
