Delivery, assembly and returns
Delivery within the UK is free on orders over £200, and the Express range comes with free standard delivery in seven days. A white glove service is available for extra help at the door. Some items need putting together, and assembly can be added for a fee. Unused items can go back within 14 days if they are still in their original packaging, so keep the boxes until you are happy. Furniture Instore does not ship abroad.
Paying and visiting
