About Footasylum
On the shelves
Trainers are the main draw, from everyday lifestyle pairs to running shoes and the newest drops. Clothing covers hoodies and tracksuits, jackets, shorts and graphic T-shirts. Caps, bags and socks finish an outfit off.
The buying team hunts down limited editions and colourways not sold elsewhere, which matters to anyone after one specific pair.
Delivery, collection and returns
Standard UK delivery usually takes three to five working days, and quicker express services are available. Click and collect is another option. Footasylum does not ship outside the UK.
Items can generally go back within 14 to 28 days, as long as they are in original condition with tags attached. Returns work by post or in a store, which helps when a size is wrong.
Paying and perks
Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna, and gift cards are sold. FA Rewards, also called FA UNLCKD, earns points on purchases, with perks such as birthday rewards and free express delivery at some membership levels.
Students can verify through UNiDAYS or Student Beans for a discount. NHS staff, key workers and military personnel are covered through Blue Light Card or Gocertify.
