Try it before you commit
Flooring is a big purchase, so the shop offers several ways to check a choice first. Samples are delivered free, letting you see a board in your own light. The Room Visualiser on the website shows how a floor might look in your room. You can also visit the Halesowen or Wolverhampton showroom. If you would rather not lay it yourself, Flooring Surgeons runs a fitting service.
Delivery, returns and paying
Delivery is free on orders over £479. Dates usually start three working days after you order, and drops are made to the kerbside, so plan for help carrying heavy packs indoors. Store collection is an alternative. Unwanted flooring can be returned free within 30 days. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and flexible payment plans.
