About Finediam
Rings, stones and metals
Ring styles range from classic solitaires and vintage looks to halos, hidden halos, clusters and three-stone trilogies. Stone shapes include marquise, cushion, emerald, pear, oval and round. Settings can be made in 925 silver, 950 platinum, or 9k and 18k gold in rose, yellow or white. Beyond engagement rings, there are bridal sets, wedding bands and eternity rings, plus pendants, bangles, tennis bracelets and earrings. Tanzanite, aquamarine, ruby, emerald and sapphire pieces add colour, and there is a men's selection. Diamonds are IGI-certified, and pieces are hallmarked by the Assay Office.
Before you order
Made-to-order pieces take about two to three working weeks to make, hallmark and send. If time is short, ready-to-ship stock can be with a UK address the following day. You can also design a ring yourself with the online builder, and the showroom can be visited by appointment or virtually. UK delivery is normally free, though checkout will show any charge. Parcels are not delivered to PO boxes, and a signature may be needed.
Returns at a glance
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible pieces, unworn and in original packaging. Contact the store first. Postage back is at your cost, except for faulty items. Exclusions cover anything bespoke, engraved or made to size, along with full eternity rings. If you cancel a lab-grown piece that is being made for you, do it within a day. After 24 hours, a charge of up to 30% of the price can apply.

Which pieces can't be sent back?
Full eternity rings are excluded, as is anything engraved, bespoke or sized to order. Other unworn pieces can be returned up to 30 days after delivery.
