About Electrical Discount
What you can buy
Home entertainment covers LED televisions, home cinema systems, soundbars, hi-fi, wireless speakers and DAB radios. In the kitchen and utility room, there are washing machines, dishwashers, cooking appliances, integrated fridge freezers and wine coolers. Cleaning appliances complete the range. Stock comes directly from manufacturers, and every item is covered by the full manufacturer's guarantee.
Graded stock
Alongside new products, the shop sells graded items: end-of-line models, ex-display units and returned stock, each checked and certified before resale. They suit buyers who are happy with a box that has been opened in exchange for a lower price.
Before you order
Delivery is free across the UK whatever the order value, and big appliances can be booked for a named day. The shop does not ship abroad. Returns must be agreed with customer service first and sent back within 14 days; faulty goods are replaced or refunded. A price match promise covers other major UK retailers. Old appliances can be recycled through the shop. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are all accepted, and a UK-based team handles questions.
Sustainability at Electrical Discount
Electrical Discount UK offers recycling services for old appliances and stocks energy-efficient products.
