Ekrin Athletics
Ekrin Athletics is a US recovery brand built around percussion massage guns. A group of former college athletes set it up in 2019, and the online store is operated by Emory Peak Wellness LLC. The line-up has four massagers, from the pocket-sized Bantam to the B37. British buyers pay in pounds, with import charges normally handled before dispatch.

About Ekrin Athletics
Picking a model
The range is small: Kestrel, B37, Bantam and 365. Each is meant to ease tight muscles and help mobility after training. The Bantam suits anyone who wants something light enough for a kit bag. Every model also appears as an open-box unit, priced under a brand-new one. Spare heads are sold in locking and non-locking forms, and charging leads plus a separate adapter for the B37 are listed as extras. Travel cases come in rigid and padded versions. The Dorso is a long cane that mounts on a wall. It makes the middle of the back easier to reach without help. Branded tees and gift cards are also on the store.
Shopping Ekrin from the UK
UK delivery costs nothing when stock is held in a nearby warehouse. Most parcels sent abroad are shipped on a duty-paid basis, so tax and any import charge are added to the basket total. Arrival dates are estimates in working days rather than promises.
If it needs to go back
Buyers have 30 days from delivery to request a return by email. The device must be unharmed and boxed as it arrived. Postage back is at the buyer's expense, and using Ekrin's own label means a fixed charge comes out of the refund. Purchases made from early November to early December stay returnable until 10 January. Devices are sold with lifetime warranty cover.

Ekrin Athletics FAQs
Is import tax added to an Ekrin Athletics order?
Usually it is paid up front. Most overseas orders go out duty-paid, so tax and import charges are part of the checkout total rather than a bill on delivery.
How do I send an Ekrin massager back?
Email the support team within 30 days of delivery. The device must be undamaged and in its original box, and return postage is paid by the buyer.
Is an Ekrin open-box unit worth considering?
Open-box units are the same four models as new stock, sold for less because the packaging has been opened. They suit buyers happy to skip a sealed box.
Does Ekrin Athletics support military buyers?
Yes. Armed forces members and first responders can contact support using a work email to have a discount applied to their order.
