Searches cover city locations and airports, from Heathrow and Dublin to Malaga, Faro, Lisbon, Milan and Orlando. Vehicle sizes run from small city cars to estates, SUVs and saloons. That covers anything from a solo city break to a family road trip.
What a rate usually includes
EasyTerra quotes all-inclusive rates. Standard cover generally includes theft, fire and liability insurance, plus all-risks cover. The optional Worry-Free package adds excess cover and unlimited kilometres, and the car comes with a full tank that you return full. It is only offered with rental firms that score well on customer satisfaction.
If an extra cost does arise, the booking team contacts you before invoicing.
Before you travel
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup through My Account. Inside that window, phone customer service instead. At the desk, the lead driver needs a passport, a driving licence and the booking confirmation. Their licence and credit card must carry the same name. A foreign licence may need a translation. The rental company holds a deposit on the credit card, which usually requires your PIN. EasyTerra takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
